Will my tumbler actually fit?
The bottle bag's exterior strap is sized for standard 30 oz tumblers, which sit upright and secure. A 40 oz is taller and rides higher — it holds, but it is less stable on a run. The strap adjusts, so slimmer bottles work too.
How cold does the tote keep things?
The compartment is foil-lined insulation, the same idea as a good lunch bag — it holds a chill for a few hours and keeps a cold lunch cold through a workday. It is not a powered cooler, and we would rather tell you that than quote a number we have not measured. Add an ice pack for a long day.
Can I put the tumbler inside the tote instead?
You can, but that is the problem we built the pair to solve. The tote's insulated side is meant for food, and a sweating tumbler makes everything around it damp. That is why the bottle bag carries it on the outside.
How long does shipping take?
One to three business days to dispatch, then seven to fifteen days in transit. Shipping is free with no minimum, and a tracking number is emailed to you the moment your bag ships.
What if I don't like it?
You have thirty days. If it arrives damaged, defective or wrong, send a photo and we replace it or refund you in full — no return needed. If you simply changed your mind, return it within thirty days unused, with return shipping on you.
Is the leather real?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Both bags are PU with gold-tone hardware. It is what keeps them at this price, it wipes clean, and it holds its shape.
